JOB SUMMARY:

The Packaging Associate I isresponsible for assisting in the packaging of pharmaceutical components andproducts by supporting the setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment underclose supervision. The role focuses on learning and performing routine packagingprocesses in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatoryrequirements. This position participates in day-to-day operational activitiesand supports production documentation efforts. Works under guidance fromexperienced team members and supports departmental improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 
Room& Process Ready for Production Runย 
Review production schedule and SOPs with supervision to understand daily tasks.
Assist in staging supplies and materials needed for packaging runs.
Deliver and distribute supplies to the production area.
Product Ready for Further Processingย 
Operate basic packaging equipment under guidance to ensure proper function.
Record basic process parameters and data as instructed.
Complete forms and logs with close attention to accuracy and compliance.
Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on routine improvements.
Equipment& Room Ready for Next Production Runย 
Perform cleaning of portable equipment and small parts according to instructions
Assist with routine maintenance tasks and ensure equipment readiness for next shift.
Support accurate completion of documentation before shift end.
Communicate handoff details to incoming shift members.
Safe Work Environmentย
