A 1099 Data Entry job is an independent contractor position where individuals enter, update, or manage data for a company without being considered an employee. However, 1099 data entry workers typically do not receive benefits like health insurance or paid time off.

To thrive as a 1099 Data Entry professional, strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are essential.
