  • Ability to help clarify user requirements and define accurate use cases
  • Hands-on development skills with potential for technology leadership
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions

The Skills You Bring

  • Rapid prototyping of new concepts, technologies, and development methods
  • Experience and understanding of enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, TypeScript and PL/SQL

The Value You Deliver

  • Designing and developing software in the capacity of a Full Stack Developer on an Agile/Scrum team
  • Daily activities will involve development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Playing a key role in the full project life cycle for complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support, and maintenance of existing applications.
  • Ensuring code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills: Java (5+ years), APIs (5+ years), AWS (2+ years) Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: The project is funded for 5 years, so this can turn into a multi-year contract based on performance. Ability to work with the second largest brokerage company in the world. Will look great on a resume. Candidates will be exposed to highly sought after skills such as ESBs and Elastic Search.

Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: Candidates MUST be willing to come onsite 3 days a month. The three campuses they can come onsite to are Westlake, TX; Durham, NC; or Boston, MA. The onboarding process takes between 3-5 weeks. There will be one 30-minute video technical screening followed by a final round interview with the manager by July 15th.
