Anesthesiologist up to $760K with Bonuses, & $100K Sign-on - Ohio River Valley
An established regional healthcare system in Ohio is seeking an anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team offering strong compensation and excellent work-life balance. Physicians receive a base that can reach nearly $700K along with substantial incentives including an annual bonus up to $70K, a sign-on bonus up to $100K and loan repayment programs up to $200K.
The practice operates in a medically directed care team model with a diverse surgical mix including bread and butter, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, and OB cases. With an 8 hour weekday schedule and periodic call with the day off after, this role offers a nice balance and quality of life.
