Job Title: Payroll Coordinator (Healthcare)
Location: New York City, NY 10016
Duration: 3+ Months 
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile employee timesheets accurately.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
  • Support employees with payroll systems and self-service tools.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, payroll preparation, or timesheet reconciliation.
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, or timekeeping systems.
