Position OverviewA leading healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile employee timesheets accurately.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
- Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
- Support employees with payroll systems and self-service tools.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, payroll preparation, or timesheet reconciliation.
- Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, or timekeeping systems.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Additional Notes- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
