Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at ASCENT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional services to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Triage patient phone and web messages to ensure accurate and timely care responses

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

- Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care

- Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care


This position will support operations at both the Waterloo and Hiawatha offices. Travel will be required. Clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
