Controls Engineer Position in Nashville Suburb

Job Description

Develop machine controls for industrial automation. Control systems will be highly integrated with manufacturing execution systems. Work includes automated pharmacies, first tier automotive manufacturing plants, process control, and packaging systems.

Requirements

  • Have electrical and controls drawings skills
  • Have experience with industrial power systems (Including Field start-up and commissioning)
  • Have AutoCAD experience
  • Have PLC programming experience
  • Solid Works experience is a plus
  • Possess ability to effectively present technical information and respond to questions
  • Have power and logic skills (QMSI will teach its unique controls systems and software.)
  • Have interest in a long-term home with QMSI in LaVergne, TN (a suburb of Nashville)
