Pay: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

One Source Housekeeping Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at a hotel property in Winter Haven, Florida. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support room attendants, house attendants, and other housekeeping team members.

  • Assign daily workloads and communicate operational priorities to the team.

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure company and hotel quality standards are met.

  • Monitor room status, productivity, attendance, and completion of daily assignments.

  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and property standards.

  • Provide coaching and corrective feedback when performance expectations are not met.

  • Assist with cleaning rooms, public spaces, or completing runner responsibilities when operationally necessary.

  • Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and organized.

  • Report maintenance issues, room damages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to established procedures.

  • Respond professionally and promptly to guest and client requests.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, inspection records, and operational documentation.

Qualifications
