Job Summary:In this position you will be given the opportunity to perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems for the Johnson County community and residing communities nearby.
JOB DUTIES

Service, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Evaluate the present conditions of equipment from all age ranges and manufacturers.
- Diagnose HVAC system failures and determine the extent of their repairs needed.
- Educate and present homeowners with HVAC system repair and replacement options
- Present financing options.
- Navigate Service Titan, presenting invoices and estimates via an iPad.
- Learn the One Hour sales system and ethical practices
- Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Practice safe and respectful habits while in the client's home
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and outside.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma and or GED.
- Preference (not required) have 3-5 years prior of successful experience as a technician in the HVAC industry.
- EPA Core and Type II certification required.
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
