  • Assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment.
  • Create and implement personalized care plans while monitoring clinical outcomes to support patient progress.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care, ensuring adherence to high clinical and documentation standards.
Support and Benefits

  • Generous paid time off and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Disability insurance and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
  • A student loan repayment program that pays your lender monthly, with increasing value after two years of employment.
  • AI-driven clinical documentation support to significantly reduce after-hours charting, allowing you to keep work at work.
  • Access to industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM), including support for residency, fellowship, and board certification.
  • Structured mentorship and career development opportunities.
  • A care model designed to enhance quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

About Us

Compensation

The compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional earning potential for certifications and location differentials.
