As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as a top-tier clinical provider and advocate for patients. You will play a crucial role in the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the time and attention they deserve. Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • Current CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care
  • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
  • To ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This requirement will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with guidance provided. This does not apply in FL & TN.
