Overview

Join our dynamic team in Baldwin County as an Accounts Receivable professional! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and ensuring that our accounts are accurate and up-to-date. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining strong financial relationships. Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor customer accounts for payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Quick books
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Bookeeping preferred.
