Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Uniontown, PA

At Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will assist with the daily living needs of our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication management and administration
• Participate in restorative care programs, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
