Job description

Service Manager — The Wyler Collection, BMW

What if managing a service department wasn't really about managing?

What if your job was to coach people to become better than they were yesterday?

At TWC BMW in Dublin, Ohio, that's how we think about leadership.

TWC BMW is the flagship of the TWC campus. And being the flagship means something. The expectations are higher. The standards are higher. And the people who lead here have to be willing to operate at a different level.

We're looking for a Service Manager who wants to coach—not just manage.

You won't spend your day hiding behind a desk watching numbers on a screen.

You'll be on the drive.

You'll be teaching. You'll be challenging. You'll be developing people. You'll be having the conversations that great coaches have—sometimes encouraging, sometimes demanding, but always focused on making the team better.

When a Service Advisor has a difficult customer, you'll help them learn how to handle it.

When a technician needs direction, you'll coach them through it.

When someone on your team has the potential to be great, you'll recognize it and help them get there.

Because the standard at TWC BMW is high.  That's intentional.

This isn't for everybody, but if you read this and got excited and shook your head, it might be for YOU.
