Job description

Join PPG Aerospace's team in Indianapolis, IN as a Senior Customer Service Representative! You'll be the main contact for our customers and will help ensure their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include order administration, distribution, communication, and supporting the sales team. This exciting opportunity requires, constant communication, diligence, and accuracy. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and want to work for an industry leader, apply today!
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and invoicing issues
* Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
* Issue customer quotes and manage sales orders
* Communicate with customers and provide status updates
* Perform purchase order reviews and resolve customer account inquiries
* Use various computer packages including QAD, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and other window-based applications
Qualifications
* Two (2) years minimum experience providing customer service in a corporate environment required
* Experience providing customer service to businesses of all sizes from large corporations to small businesses preferred
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
