Workforce Development Trainer &Instructional Designer
LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating instructor-led training or leading group learning experiences
- Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and lead effective group discussions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to create a positive and psychologically safe learning environment
- Experience supporting training department or instructional design preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate) and blending learning approaches preferred
