Respiratory Therapy Assistant (RTA)

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve equipment from rooms after use
  • Cleaning and setting up respiratory equipment
  • Restocking supplies after use
  • Organizing supplies and equipment
  • Inventorying supplies and equipment
  • Checking and logging oxygen tanks
  • Checking and logging airway supplies
  • Delivering needed supplies and/or equipment to respiratory therapist upon request
Requirements:
  • Employees must be in an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
  • LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.
