Job Description


Please note that for this engagement, DODD expects travel
expenses will be covered under the billed rate for this engagement. The
candidates are to log in their timesheet the travel time it took from the home
office to the destination and return trip to Columbus.   So, if they work 6hrs
and in addition it took 2hrs to get there and 2hrs to return then they would log
10hrs (6hr of work and 4hr of travel).  It is assumed that travel will originate
from the home office (Columbus, Ohio) location.
The work will be performed in
DODD central office as well as County Board locations throughout the state.   

Qualifications

Five years of demonstrated experience in deployment/adoption of enterprise
applications and working through adoption issues that may
arise.
Communication skills in the areas of business process mapping and
system adoption and deployment
Change management, training and education,
techniques for opening effective lines of communication
Demonstrated high
competency in conducting presentations and webinars
Previous experience
working within state and local government health and human services change
transformation efforts
Experience with Developmental Disabilities policy and
operations
Experience in pulling information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM in
order to support application adoption
