Competitive Pay • Shift differential:
Nights (Mon-Thurs): +$4/hr
Nights (Fri-Sun): +$5/hr
Weekend Days: +$4/hr
Operations Supervisor stipend: +$2.50/hr

This position receives a Supervisor Stipend in addition to the Partner's regular hourly rate. Base pay is determined by:
  • Clinical license level (EMT or Paramedic)
  • Verified years of relevant experience
The Operations Supervisor's total compensation consists of:
Base EMT/Paramedic Pay (based on licensure and experience) + Supervisor Stipend

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll help shape the next generation of EMS professionals.

What You'll Do • Lead and support frontline EMS personnel.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Partners.
• Coordinate daily operations and staffing.
• Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
• Respond to operational issues and provide real-time leadership.
• Remain clinically active while supporting frontline crews.
Qualifications
Required
• Current Ohio Paramedic certification strongly preferred. Ohio EMT or Advanced EMT candidates with demonstrated leadership experience may also be considered.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR and ACLS Certification
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of EMS operations and regional healthcare systems.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and assist patients weighing 350+ pounds, with appropriate equipment and assistance
Preferred
• Three or more years of prehospital EMS experience.
• Two or more years of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn Operative IQ.
• Experience with budgeting or operational metrics.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
