Job description

This role is required to be on site and work first shift: M-F, 8:00am-4:00pm with overtime and weekends as needed. 

JobSummary:

The Technical Trainer - ERP is responsible for ensuring the production team effectively utilizes the ERP system by developing, maintaining, and delivering training programs, documentation, and best practices. Serves as the subject matter expert for ERP-related processes, training materials, and user support.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

  • ocument procedures for utilizing ERP system properly.
    -Train employees how to properly use the ERP systems - printing labels, moving inventory between warehouse, etc.
    -Work with warehouse team to improve accuracy of material movements within ERP system.
    -Responsible for closing out production jobs in a timely manner and accurately reporting remaining inventory for the job.
    -Responsible for accurately scrapping out defective material from the system.
    -Make corrections within ERP system when necessary.
    -Evaluate the efficiency of existing production control processes, implementing standardized processes when necessary.
    -Aide in ensuring cycle counts are completed in accordance with company policy
    -Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
    -Ability to understand and adhere to work instructions and the requirements of the ISO standard.
    -Comply with all laws, regulations and ISO requirements
    -Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
