Compensation package includes:
- 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
- 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

What Youll Do
As our experienced CNC Machinist, youll play a key role in bringing technical designs to life by:
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
- Operating multiple CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
- Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
- Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
- Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What Youll Bring

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with a problemsolver mindset.
- Excellent communication skillsable to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
- A proactive, selfdriven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
- Experience operating multi-axis CNC machining centers is a strong plus.
