Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate safely operates industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This role focuses on conducting safety checks, managing inventory, handling materials, and preparing orders for shipping in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment supporting data center operations.
Responsibilities- Safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods within the warehouse.
- Perform daily safety inspections and pre-operation checks on forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure safe and compliant operation.
- Move, stage, and organize materials and products throughout the warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment according to established procedures.
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared for shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment by staging, wrapping, labeling, and organizing pallets or containers as required.
- Support inventory management activities, including counting, tracking, and recording stock movements.
- Handle general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to minimize risk and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in and successfully complete a forklift test within the first one to two days of employment.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality goals in a 3PL warehouse environment supporting data center operations.
Essential Skills- Proven ability to safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks.
- Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Demonstrated skills in material handling, including loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking goods.
- Order picking experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to conduct and document safety checks on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Capability to manage inventory-related tasks such as counting, tracking, and recording stock movements.
- Willingness and ability to take and pass a forklift test within the first one to two days of employment.
- Comfort working in a 3PL warehouse environment supporting data center operations.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment.
- Background supporting data center-related logistics or similar high-compliance environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a warehouse environment that supports logistics for data center operations. You will work around industrial trucks such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, as well as standard material handling equipment. Multiple shifts are available to support different schedules: first shift operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; second shift runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; third shift operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.; weekend days run Friday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and weekend nights run Friday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The environment is fast-paced and safety-focused, with a strong emphasis on proper forklift operation, material handling, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
