Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Students must:
  • possess good written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management skills.
  • have basic familiarity with photography, video production and graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably a student who:
  • can work independently and as part of a team.
  • has a strong interest in marketing, communications, and public relations.
  • is currently enrolled in Digital Media Design, Writing and/or Business programs.
  • has a portfolio of appropriate outputs
  • has familiarity with current and emerging social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • has social media content creation experience

Summary of Duties:
In this position, the student will:
  • Assist in the development and creation of multimedia content for use across digital communication platforms, including social media, websites, email, and marketing materials.
  • Capture, produce, and edit photographs and videos in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team and campus partners to support institutional branding and promotional initiatives.
  • Perform photography and videography in both studio and on-location settings while contributing creative ideas and content strategies to enhance campus communications.
