Job description

Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Digital/Web Analyst to enhance their digital testing capabilities. The role involves building A/B and multivariate testing, managing digital analytics requests, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective testing agendas.
Responsibilities:
• Build current state A/B & multivariate digital testing for the brand using primarily Adobe products.
• Work cross functionally with various business and eCommerce partners to implement testing/ learning agendas for functional, creative, media, and/or offer testing.
• Implement test designs, sequence, and definition of success metrics. Documents, reads, and communicates results to key stakeholders and leadership in a regular cadence.
• Manages digital analytics requests and projects interpreting insights and trends or potential issues.
• Communicates the insights through applied data visualization techniques and provides solution focused actions that support strategic initiatives.
• Additionally, in order to meet data collection needs, design and implement analytical solutions and participates in the development of requirements for website tagging (assuming Ensighten here, Jason to clarify).
• Partners with development teams to integrate analytics into production cycles.
