Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator.
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: Columbus , Ohio
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Prior stand-up forklift experience required
  • Previous order picking experience required
  • RF scanner (RF gun) experience required
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and productivity standards
About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Operate a stand-up forklift to pick and move products throughout the warehouse
  • Accurately pick customer orders and prepare them for shipment
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain order accuracy
  • Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
  • Verify product quantities and locations during the picking process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance expectations
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support warehouse operations
