Be a part of one of The Short Norths oldest staples!! Union Cafe is looking for fun, energetic, and professional cooks ready to energize our new menu and be part of a great local community!!
Job description - Part Time amp; Full Time available
We are seeking Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional scratch kitchen. We pride ourselves on serving our guests consistently high-quality food in a fun, neighborhood setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all served food.
  • Assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock on the line and keeping the process organized.
  • Memorize menu items, abbreviations, various preparation styles and serving portions.
  • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields a strong plus
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques -
