Position Overview
We’re seeking an Operations Manager for our Columbus market who is a hands-on,effective leader with a business owner’s mentality who will lead, manage and grow the market. This leadership role drives operational execution and profitability with a focus on results, consistency, team member development and engagement, optimized workflows and continuous improvement. 

We are not providing relocation for this position and are only reviewing applications from candidates who are located in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Lead facility in successful day-to-day operations by driving quality, service level and productivity goals.
  • Promote a positive work environment by ensuring the appropriate staffing, the continuous training of team members, recognition, mentoring and coaching.
  • Regularly review established key performance indicators with team members.
  • Develop and enhance standard operational and working practices to optimize productivity and efficiencies.
  • Train and develop team members to best utilize and expand strengths and capabilities.
  • Hold all team members accountable to achieving individual and department goals.
  • Reward and recognize high performance and provide career path and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct frequent team or individual meetings to communicate successes, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner and coordinate with support functions such as sales, marketing, human resources, tech, and finance to ensure programs and changes are handled effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability and willingness to drive individual and team performance results.
  • 3+ years experience in an operations or warehouse supervisory or management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Profit & Loss; Loss management experience.
  • Experience with project management and metric development.
