Trailer Technician | $22–40/hr + Bonus | Columbus Trailer work isn't second-tier - at ETT, it's a real career path with its own pay scale, its own bonus structure, and its own ladder. We're hiring trailer techs at multiple experience levels. What you'll do:Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair trailer bodies, brakes, electrical, air systems, and hydraulicsService hubs and axles - adjust, rebuild, and replace as neededRun tire work, lighting repairs, floor repairs, body workPerform DOT inspections and ensure trailers leave road-legalDocument jobs in Karmak - accurate parts, time, and notesWork with the Service Advisor and Foreman on workflow What you bring:6+ months trailer repair experience (we have an apprentice path for the right person with less)Welding skills are a strong plus, not requiredMechanical aptitude - brakes, electrical, hydraulicsValid driver's license What we bring:Pay: $22–40/hr based on experience and skill mix Benefits: Medical (HSA option), dental, vision, 401(k) matchTime off: PTO, paid holidaysBoots & uniforms: ProvidedTraining: Paid on the clock - welding, brake, axle, electricalCareer path: Apprentice → TT-1 → TT-2 → TT-3 → Lead/Foreman.
