Custom Electronics Installation Company – 35 Years Strong

We are a well-established custom electronics installation company with over 35 years of experience serving residential and commercial clients. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager / Sales Professional to join our team.

Position Overview:
This role combines client-facing sales with hands-on project management. The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, managing multiple projects, and coordinating with technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to assess needs and develop system solutions
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
• Manage projects from sale through completion
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and labor with installation teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and/or sales (custom electronics, AV, IT, or construction experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Basic understanding of audio/video, networking, security, or smart home systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
