Duration: 12+ Months

• Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and external NERC reliability requirements.

• Support the ENRA Compliance group in documenting and maintaining regulated processes and systems.

o Research, develop, and coordinate updates to new and existing procedures in response to regulatory changes, audit findings, or internal process improvements.

o Verify documented processes reflect actual practices and system behavior.

o Assist in establishing and maintaining procedure revision guidelines, writing standards, and formatting conventions.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams during procedure development and revision efforts.

o Coordinate documentation activities with internal departments and external organizations, as needed.

o Promote adherence to corporate policies, standards, enabling characteristics, and ethics.

• Perform emerging or additional duties as assigned.
