Interventional Radiology Radiology / Cardiology – Columbus, OH

  • Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
  • License/Certs: ARRT R, BLS required; ACLS, ARRT VI preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Vascular Interventional Radiology with EVAR experience

What You'll Do

  • Perform interventional radiology procedures including angiography, stent placement, angioplasty, thrombolysis, and thrombectomy
  • Conduct vascular studies and procedures on arteries, including dialysis graft interventions
  • Execute neurovascular interventions such as carotid angiography, embolization, and vertebroplasty
  • Assist with abdominal and pelvic procedures like mesenteric angiograms, liver biopsies, and TIPS placement
  • Operate fluoroscopy and C-Arm equipment, including GE Innova IGS systems and PACS systems
  • Support day-to-day operation of interventional radiology equipment and maintain high-quality patient care
  • Float across different units within the organization as necessary

What You Need

Required:

  • ARRT R license and BLS certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology, including EVAR procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with neurovascular, abdominal, and pelvic procedures

Preferred:

  • ACLS certification
  • Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or Teaching Hospital setting

About the Assignment This contract position is with a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, a facility recognized for its advanced interventional radiology programs and comprehensive trauma services. You will join a team supporting a variety of complex vascular and neurovascular procedures in a high-quality, state-of-the-art environment. Flexibility to float between units and support ongoing patient care is required.
