CDL B  - $24 Per Hour plus OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL B drivers to support local operations based in Columbus, OH. 

TTP:  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL B Details 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am Start time, 8-10 hours per day 

  • Pay:  $24 per hour + OT after 50 hours

  • Route Type: Local home daily, 250 mile radius

  • Freight / Load Type: Paper towels, trash cans, office supplies & light industrial products

  • Equipment: Box Trucks, Automatic transmissions, Forward & Driver facing cameras.

  • Handling: Unload by hand and/or with a pallet jack

CDL B Minimum Requirements:  

  • License: CDL B

  • Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  • Endorsements: DOT Medical Card

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL B Responsibilities:  

  • Safely operate CDL B on local routes 

  • Transport office supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  • Perform required handling tasks including pallet jack, or by hand unload.

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
