Extrusion Operator

Shift: 4-4 Rotation Schedule
2 Days: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
2 Nights: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
3 Days Off
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Extrusion Operator to run and monitor an extrusion line, producing high-quality film products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy and working with machinery in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
Operate and set up extrusion equipment
Monitor product quality, including gauge, width, color, and finish
Follow production schedules and accurately record basic production data
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, reporting downtime promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with changeovers and other general production duties as needed

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing experience and/or forklift certification is a plus
Ability to read and interpret work orders
Basic math, measuring, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
