Job description

Job Title: Assembler

1st Shift: $20/hr

2nd Shift: $21/hr

Job Description

Assemblers specialize in manufacturing power products, assembling large electrical bins, running various cables, and assembling various electrical and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble large 30x50 foot electrical bins.
  • Run various cables throughout the bins.
  • Assemble parts including various electrical and mechanical components.
  • Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or carpentry.
  • Experience as an auto mechanic.
  • Experience with wiring and cabling.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly.

Work Environment

This is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

1st shift hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

2nd shift hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

OT Shift: 1st shift from 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon - Friday) & from 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Sat)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
