• Verify identities and enforce controlled access for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors entering and exiting the facility
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control alarms, and fire alarm systems, initiating response and escalation procedures as required

• Strong attention to detail in logging, incident documentation, credential control, and policy enforcement
• Comfort working in a 24x7 environment where physical presence, responsiveness, and reliability matter
• Ability to communicate clearly and escalate concerns appropriately when situations exceed assigned authority

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in security, access control, facilities security, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with badge systems, visitor management tools, CCTV, alarm systems, or incident reporting processes preferred
• CPR, AED, first aid, or other relevant safety certifications preferred
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24x7 operating environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and report clearly
• Ability to remain professional, attentive, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
