Registered Nurse – CVICU | Columbus, Ohio

What You'll Do:
  • Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, including IV starts, telemonitoring, ventilator management, Swan-Ganz catheter care, conscious sedation, balloon pump management, and PA line monitoring
  • Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
  • Manage patient ratios of approximately 1:1 to 2:1
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Epic
  • Assist in emergency procedures and respond to urgent needs within the ICU
What You Need:
  • Valid Ohio RN license or applicable state license with ability to practice in Ohio
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with cardiac ICU preferred
  • Proficiency in IV start, telemonitoring, ventilator management, and use of Epic electronic health records
  • Previous travel nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
