Job description

The Sweeper Driver is responsible for operating commercial sweeping equipment and performing related property maintenance services throughout assigned routes. This position helps ensure customer properties are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner while delivering high-quality service consistent with company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate commercial sweeping equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards. • Sweep parking lots, retail centers, industrial facilities, warehouses, office complexes, parking garages, and other assigned service locations. • Complete assigned routes and service schedules accurately and on time.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections and report safety or mechanical concerns promptly. • Remove litter, debris, and other materials from assigned service areas. • Empty trash receptacles, clean designated service areas, and perform additional property maintenance duties as assigned. • Utilize company technology platforms to upload photos, complete inspections, document services performed, and submit required reporting. • Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch personnel throughout the shift. • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and customer property requirements. • Maintain assigned equipment in a clean, safe, and professional condition. • Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers, property managers, and the public. • Report service concerns, property issues, or customer requests to management in a timely manner. • Assist with additional operational duties as assigned.
