About the Organization
Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We currently manage more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. The Lifeline network of managed vascular access centers is accredited by the Joint Commission.
Through our relationships with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists and interventional cardiologists, we create and fortify environments in which these crucial services are delivered both seamlessly and efficiently. Radiological Technologist

We are seeking a qualified Radiological Technologist for immediate placement in our Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Columbus, OH. At least 1 year of experience in general diagnostic, IR/Special procedures, or Cardiac Catheterization preferred.
The Radiological Technologist will assist the clinical team with operation of c-arm during vascular access procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing support during pre and post procedures. This is a team and patient centered culture.
Hours are Monday through Friday schedule 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, NO NIGHTS or WEEKEND SHIFTS.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist clinical team with patient and procedure room preparation and post-procedure clean-up, operating the C-Arm, scrub-in for procedures, clean and sterilize tools and equipment
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies
Maintain radiology safety-monitoring procedures and may help serve as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the center or Safety Officer
Assist in scheduling patients for vascular access procedures and provide assistance in transporting patients within the center
Participate in community education activities regarding access center

Position Requirements
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State license and/or fluoroscopic permit to practice radiologic technology if required by state law
  • Associates degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT
  • 1 year experience in general diagnostic, special procedures or cardiac catheterization
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) (Can be completed after hire)
  • Basic computer skills
