Assistant Marketing Coordinator

Description
The Assistant Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in implementing
marketing initiatives and coordinating marketing processes for B2B marketing in the charitable gaming industry. They will help plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, and assist with administrative duties. This role will support the marketing team with various tasks such as content creation, campaign coordination, and content management. They will use their creative skills to help the team deliver projects, manage sales force requests, and drive customer growth. This position will assist in the coordination of special events or initiatives, including but not limited to tradeshows, meetings, sponsorships, and ads.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials.
  • Help organize and execute regional tradeshows.
  • Organize and execute influencer collaborations.
  • Implements approved web content and assist with all projects related to the website and social with
  • the goal of expanding our market presence.
  • Assist all members of the marketing team in executing needs of sales reps across all regions.
  • Manage and perform website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the websites.
  • Assists with the development of projects related to the company's website and social media accounts. Create social content with a focus on video.
  • Check content for accuracy and ensure that it complies with copyright and privacy regulations.
  • Ensure that web content meets the needs and interests of website visitors and monitor visitors' behavior by reviewing website statistics.
  • Check page popularity by the number of visitors and remove content that has low levels of interest
  • Provide analytics and status reports as required.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work effectively with contributors, along with strong communication, organization, interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong social media management skills.

Requirements Education and Experience:

WORK LOCATION:
  • Position is located at LBC corporate headquarters in Lancaster, OH (commutable from Columbus or Athens)

  • Position requires a work schedule that may include occasional travel and overtime as needed.
