What We Look For In a FE - Electrical and Computer Engineering Tutor

Emphasizes efficient handbook lookup strategies and connecting mathematical analysis to engineering applications under timed examination conditions.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with FE ECE examination specifications and common challenges such as breadth across electrical and computer engineering topics, reference handbook navigation, and time management across 110 questions. Adapts instruction using NCEES practice examinations, topic-focused problem sets, and handbook familiarization exercises to support ECE graduates preparing for the Fundamentals of Engineering examination.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
