EDUCATION

Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Masterโ€™s Degree or MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management or IT Operations preferred.

EXPERIENCE

8+ years of progressive experience in banking or financial services technology, with a strong track record in managing enterprise platforms and digital banking systems. Demonstrated leadership in optimizing and integrating core systems such as Fiserv, nCino, Salesforce, and related banking technologies. Proven ability to implement process automation and platform adoption across multiple business lines.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of the Bankโ€™s enterprise platforms. This role ensures all systems are fully utilized, integrated, and secure to drive automation, process optimization, and enhanced customer experience. The Director leads a team of technology professionals to execute the platform roadmap, strengthen user adoption, and align IT initiatives with the Bankโ€™s strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, this role partners with leaders across all business lines to modernize workflows, eliminate redundancies, and create a unified digital ecosystem that supports efficiency and innovation across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1.Strategic and Operational Leadership

a) Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for all enterprise and banking platforms, aligning technology initiatives with the Bankโ€™s strategic objectives.

b) Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate business needs into platform capabilities.

c) Regularly assess platform features and industry best practices to recommend enhancements or new technologies.

d) Partner with the CTIO and participate as an active member of the IT Strategic Council.

e) Oversee integration of platforms to ensure seamless data flow, creating a single source of truth and unified customer view.

f) Support the Bankโ€™s digital banking and automation initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and client engagement.

g) Actively lead our Project Management Office and delivery of software initiatives.

h) Develop a Software Center of Excellence approach for our platforms.
