Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in driving project success by managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead client communication, project meetings, and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Review project financials, cost reports, invoices, and forecasting to maintain strong project performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects from ground-up through completion
- Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
