Job description

Speech Therapist (SLP)

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve areas west of Marion, OH, including but not limited to Kenton and Richwood, Ohio.

Position Summary: As a Speech Therapist leveraging AI-supported documentation, you will focus on providing patient-centered therapy while streamlining the documentation process. Get your weekends back, with this innovative technology. It allows you to dedicate more time to helping patients achieve their therapy goals while reducing after-hours administrative work.

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech therapy sessions, focusing on patient goals and progress.
  • Use AI technology to capture accurate session details in real-time.
  • Document therapy outcomes, monitor progress, and comply with care plans.
  • Build trust and connection with patients by minimizing distractions during care.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required.
