Job Title- Sr. leadÂDataStage Developers

Location- Columbus OH/ÂNew Albany, OH

Reports to: Manager â Data Engineering Team

Key Skills Required-

â 10+ years experience with ETL DataStage/ data warehousing/BI technologies

â 7+ years experience developing and supporting complex SQL and database views in a large data warehouse environment

GOOD TO HAVE Hadoop (i.e. HBASE, Hive, MapReduce, Sqoop, Spark, etc),

â Experience supporting data integration and/or reporting systems (i.e. 24x7 system support)

â Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Subversion, and GIT

â Personal attributes: confident, self-starter, strong work ethic, highly motivated, sense of humor, a winning 'can-do' attitude, team-oriented

â Retail experience is a plus

Responsibilities Include the following Requirements for the role

â Design, develop and implement complex data solutions for Abercrombie & Fitch

â Collaborate with other Abercrombie & Fitch IT leads and developers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

â Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

â Develop team members by providing coaching, code review, and process guidance

â Support critical production systems to ensure stability and uptime

â Assist business partners in applying data to evaluate and tackle business problems

â Create and uphold technology standards, processes, and audit methodologies

â Continuously improve IT platforms based on retail and data management technology trends in support of business strategies
