Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Program Manager opportunities in Columbus, OH(3 day Onsite role 2 Days Remote). Responsibilities for Program Manager include but are not limited to:

· Provide day‑to‑day operational support for manual settlement processes, including Fedwire transactions, bank account changes, and financial adjustments

· Perform reconciliations and balancing activities to ensure accurate settlement and timely resolution of discrepancies

· Process tax withholding, remittance, and related reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements

· Support invoicing and check processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls

· Manage legal and court‑mandated account actions, including lines, levies, garnishments, and court‑ordered holds

· Ensure all settlement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management controls

· Investigate and resolve exceptions, escalating issues as appropriate to mitigate operational and compliance risk

· Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all settlement activities

· Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and external partners to support timely and accurate processing

Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
