We specialize in elevating building performance through expert HVAC start-up, preventive maintenance, responsive repairs, and thoughtful retrofit work—across manufacturers and system types—throughout the Hudson, Ohio area.

Your mission

As a Building HVAC Systems Service Engineer, you’ll be the trusted field expert who brings complex equipment online and keeps it running at peak performance. From commissioning new packaged rooftop units to tuning water-source heat pumps and ventilation systems, you’ll own the details that make humidity control and energy management strategies succeed.

Role responsibilities
  • Start up and commission equipment for air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management applications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems from multiple OEMs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and contribute to retrofit projects that improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and teammates; maintain organized records.
  • Work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on schedule.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience.
  • Expertise with commercial A/C and heating, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems.
  • Documented start-up/commissioning background.
  • Experience mentoring others in the trade.
  • EPA Universal certification.
  • Own hand tools; clean driving record.
  • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Master HVAC-R a plus.
  • Preferred OEM certifications: Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster, etc.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and punctuality.

Hourly range: $35–$55 based on experience and skills, plus benefits. Primary service area: Hudson, Ohio.
