Summary:
Do you like figuring out how things work—and fixing them when they don’t?

Baesman Group is hiring a Press Operator to run and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machines, solving problems, and staying focused on quality while keeping production moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate printing presses to meet daily production goals
  • Monitor output and make adjustments to maintain quality and color accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues when something isn’t running right
  • Work with your team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime
  • Track production and follow standard processes
