About the role
The Graphic Designer supports retail marketing needs across social and digital channels, including occasional content capture, content editing, and the design of digital assets for email and site as needed. While these channels are not managed simultaneously, the role requires strong fluency in the digital landscape and the ability to think channel-specifically-making informed creative decisions aligned to the unique requirements, best practices, and objectives of each platform. This designer collaborates closely with content and social partners, as well as direct partners in copy and design, and cross-functional teams to ensure visual solutions clearly communicate the intended message while meeting technical specifications and performance goals. Although this role is not print-focused, familiarity with print design is a plus, enabling the designer to contribute to a broader range of projects when opportunities arise.

You'll bring to the role
  • 2 to 4 years experience in a Creative Marketing space, with specific experience in digital design. Print design experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with Figma and Adobe creative suite.
  • Proficient in motion creation, editing via Canva, Photoshop, Premiere or AfterFx.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be proactive and collaborate with marketing teams and cross functional partners.
