What You'll Do


Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s). 

Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.

Spend approximately 80% of your time during the week (Monday-Friday) traveling to food plants in Ohio and neighboring states to install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery. 

Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively.

Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment.

Requirements

What You Bring


Five years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.

Customer-focused mindset.

Comfortable with 80% overnight travel during the week (Monday-Friday) in the Central USA by automobile or plane. Most of your travel will be via car in  surrounding/neighboring states. 

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills is an added bonus.
