About the Role

We are seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead automation and controls initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing controls engineering projects, supporting production systems, and driving continuous improvement in automation and system performance.

The ideal candidate will have 7โ€“10+ years of controls engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the controls engineering team

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA systems

  • Support production equipment, automation systems, and process improvements

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of control systems
